FormWood Industries produces veneer faces, wood veneer laminates, and cabinet grade plywood & veneer for custom cabinets, both residential and commercial, in both domestic and exotic hardwoods. Our inventories of stocked material, production lead times, and delivery schedules are managed to provide you with outstanding service and product quality. Over 100 species/cuts of premium hardwood veneer on a variety of substrates which include particleboard, MDF, veneer core, hot melt, paper, and peel & stick adhesive backings. Our veneer products are pre-sanded and available in either standard sizes or cut-to-size. FormWood Industries is also the exclusive manufacturer of NBL®, a patented, wood-on-wood laminate famous for its flexibility, thickness, and "No Black Line" appearance. NBL® eliminates bubbling and solvent seepage which are often experienced in veneering. We take pride in providing our clients with as many choices as possible. We can deliver mixed loads of various species, sizes and panel thickness. In most cases, 10' material is available for a minor up-charge. Panel thicknesses from .020" to 1.5" are standard products. We offer a wide variety of high quality veneer, veneer backings (Backers include 10 Mil paper, NBL®, wood-backer, DuraBackâ?¢ resin backer, Two-ply wood-backer, and PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive). Cores include MDF, PBC, and Veneer Core. We can fill different size production runs, create sequencing and special matches, provide flitch samples, manufacture cut to match edge-banding strips, offer 8', 10', and 12' lengths in many species, as well as 5' width crossgrain.

We offer premium wood veneer to your choice of paper, phenolic, or peel-and-stick backings. The backing serves to provide integrity to the finished product and helps to reduce moisture penetration commonly experienced with glues and solvents. Our veneer is available in over 100 species and cuts and is stocked for immediate delivery. We stock 2'x8', 4'x8', and 4'x10' sheets, and can fill orders in virtually any custom size up to 4'x12'. FormWood is flexed, surface sanded and ready to apply and finish.

We also manufacture architectural grade hardwood veneer plywood to meet your specifications. The majority of our panels are manufactured for the furniture and store fixture industries; however, using traditional materials in non-traditional applications is presently very popular and likely. You may find that cabinets may not be the only application in which you will have additional veneer needs. Unique and non-traditional uses often extend to surrounding or adjoining spaces on the job.
